Welcome! I’m Ash Anthony, LMFT.

If you’ve found your way here, something in you may be stirring, a quiet longing to reconnect with yourself more honestly and deeply. You might be navigating grief, burnout, trauma, spiritual emergence, relationship challenges, or a sense that your life no longer fits as it once did. My work offers a space to slow down, listen inward, and explore what is ready to shift.

I work with individuals, couples, and nontraditional relationships, supporting transformation on emotional, somatic, and soul levels. My approach weaves together evidence based modalities such as Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and neuroscience with depth oriented practices, including Hakomi somatic therapy, mindfulness, depth psychology, active imagination, dreamwork, breathwork, and psychedelic preparation and integration. This work can open renewed creativity, intimacy, and connection while supporting more authentic and embodied ways of living and relating.

I am not a traditional talk therapist. My work is body based and experiential, creating space for the body and unconscious to speak. We attend to the deeper layers that shape how you experience joy, connection, creativity, distress, belief, and meaning. Through somatic attunement and inner inquiry, what has been hidden can come into awareness, be felt, integrated, and allowed to move. Our work unfolds collaboratively, guided by what is most alive in you.

Before becoming a therapist, my path was nonlinear. I grew up in the South, worked as a visual artist in Los Angeles, then trained as a therapist and settled in Seattle. My ancestral roots include Nansemond, Northern European, and Sephardic Jewish ancestry, shaping how I understand story, resilience, and the ways memory lives in the body. A creative and symbolic lens continues to shape how I hold space, honoring myth, imagination, and the intelligence of the unconscious.

I am especially drawn to working with creatives, healthcare and healing professionals, heart led entrepreneurs, people moving through major life transitions, and seekers who sense there is more depth available and are ready to live with greater honesty and embodied alignment. This work is not about fixing you. You are not broken. It is about tending to the parts of yourself that have been forgotten or set aside, with curiosity, clarity, and compassion.

I trust in your wholeness, even if you are not feeling it yet. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you remember what has always been within.
