Welcome! I’m Ash Anthony, LMFT
If you’ve found your way here, something in you is stirring — a calling, a longing to reconnect with yourself more honestly and more deeply. Whether you're facing grief, burnout, trauma, spiritual emergence, relationship challenges, or a sense that your life no longer fits, I offer a space to slow down, listen inward, and explore what’s ready to shift.
I work with individuals, couples, and nontraditional relationships to support transformation on emotional, somatic, and soul levels. My approach blends the structure of evidence-based methods like Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and neuroscience with the depth of ancient wisdom practices, including mindfulness, depth psychology, Hakomi somatic therapy, active imagination, dreamwork, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, and breathwork. This work can open renewed creativity, intimacy, and connection, while deepening relationship to mystery and spirituality, and supporting more authentic, empowered ways of living and relating.
While I am trained in somatic therapy, transpersonal psychology, and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, I do not work from a single model. I am not a traditional talk therapist. I work from a somatic, body-based approach that creates space for the body to speak and the unconscious to be revealed. My work focuses on accessing the deeper, often unconscious layers that shape how we relate to joy, connection, creativity, beliefs, distress, and our embodied feeling of wholeness. Through somatic attunement, inner parts work, dreamwork, breathwork, and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, I support clients in bringing what has been hidden into awareness so it can be seen, felt, integrated, and allowed to move. The approach we take depends entirely on what is present and alive in you.
My training includes Hakomi Somatic Therapy, IFS, EMDR, yoga, and trauma-informed care. I have completed MAPS MDMA-Assisted Therapy Training and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy training, along with training in Holotropic Breathwork with Grof® Legacy, which informs the way I hold space for expanded states. With over 500 hours of client work in these states, I bring depth, safety, and attunement to this work. Across all modalities, my role is to help you ground these experiences in the body, psyche, and daily life so that insights become embodied, sustainable, and transformative.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in filmmaking and the visual arts. That creative lens continues to shape how I hold space, honoring story, myth, symbolism, archetypes, and the intelligence of the unconscious. Staying connected to my creativity keeps me rooted in the mystery of life and spirituality. I find that involving creative practices in therapy and in our ordinary lives gives our souls a place to express.
I’m especially drawn to working with creatives, healthcare workers, healing professionals, heart-led entrepreneurs, and seekers—those ready to live with more depth, honesty, and embodied alignment. This work isn’t about fixing you. You are not broken. It’s about gently tending to the forgotten parts of yourself with curiosity, clarity, and compassion. Real change happens when the science of transformation is met with the wisdom of the soul and the intelligence of the body.
I trust in your wholeness, even if you are not feeling it yet. And I would be honored to walk with you as you begin to remember what has always been within.
