From visual artist, to integrative therapeutic practitioner, Ash Anthony brings a creative approach to working with teens, families, adults, and couples by meeting life’s challenges head on with care and experience. Following her career as a visual artist and filmmaker, Ash attended Antioch University in Seattle to broaden her efforts to help other’s discover their true passions. My Approach

By combining the use of play and improvisation techniques, family systems therapy, trauma theory, and current findings in the expanding field of neurobiology, Ash offers an unconventional method for moving through the stuck points.
